For me, part of mindful living is digging deep into the factors that affect our quality of life. As a voracious reader, I cannot get enough information to equip myself for being present and aware of all the influences on myself and my family. Below you’ll find some of my favorites- these books are chock full of information, great ideas, and real-world experiences from men and women who’ve been there. See if anything resonates with you, and feel free to throw out anything you think I’m missing!
